Each piece is carefully selected and prepared before dispatch. Due to the nature of our materials, finishes and made-to-order products, we recommend reviewing all product details carefully before placing an order.

CHANGE OF MIND

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Our collections include handcrafted stone and precision-finished components that may not be suitable for resale once handled, installed or altered.

FAULTS OR DAMAGE

If your order arrives with a manufacturing fault or has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us assess your claim promptly, please provide:

• Your order number
  
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  
• A brief description of the issue
  

Once assessed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement or store credit where applicable.

NATURAL MATERIALS DISCLAIMER

Stone is a natural material. Variations in colour, veining, texture and pattern are inherent characteristics and contribute to the individual character of each piece.

These natural variations are not considered faults.

INSTALLATION RESPONSIBILITY

Professional installation by an appropriately licensed tradesperson is strongly recommended.

Damage resulting from incorrect installation, modification, misuse or failure to follow applicable installation and care guidelines may not be covered, subject to rights available under applicable consumer law.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

To preserve the appearance and performance of your products, we recommend:

• Clean surfaces with a soft cloth and mild soap
• Avoid abrasive cleaners, acids and harsh chemicals
• Wipe surfaces dry after use to help prevent water marks
• Avoid placing hot objects directly on stone surfaces

Trade, custom and commercial orders are considered final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
