Returns Policy
Each Casa Vita piece is selected and prepared with intention. Due to the nature of our materials and finishes, we ask that all orders are placed with careful consideration.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Our collections include handcrafted stone and precision finished components that cannot be resold once handled or installed.
Faults or Damage
If your order arrives with a manufacturing fault or is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist us in resolving the matter promptly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once assessed, we will offer a suitable resolution which may include repair, replacement, or store credit where appropriate.
Natural Materials Disclaimer
Stone is a natural material. Variations in colour, veining, texture, and pattern are inherent and celebrated characteristics.
These natural variations are not considered faults and are part of what makes each piece unique.
Installation Responsibility
We strongly recommend professional installation by a licensed tradesperson.
Casa Vita is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, modification, or use outside of recommended guidelines.
Care & Maintenance
To preserve the integrity and appearance of your Casa Vita pieces, we recommend the following:
- Clean surfaces with a soft cloth and mild soap
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, acids, or harsh chemicals
- Wipe surfaces dry after use to prevent water marks
- Avoid placing hot objects directly on stone surfaces

Commercial & Trade Orders
Trade, custom, and commercial orders are considered final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing.
