Delivery methods and timeframes vary depending on product type, finish, availability and destination.

LEAD TIMES

Most standard items are dispatched within 1 week of order confirmation. Stone pieces, bespoke finishes and made-to-order products may require extended lead times.

Estimated dispatch timeframes will be provided at checkout or confirmed following your order.

SHIPPING REGIONS

We currently ship across the UAE & Australia. International delivery may also be available on request for selected products and destinations.

FREIGHT & HANDLING

Due to the size, weight or nature of certain products, larger stone pieces may be delivered using specialised freight services.

• Deliveries are made to ground-floor access unless otherwise arranged
• Products are carefully packaged for protection during transit
• A signature on delivery may be required

Installation services are not included unless otherwise agreed.

DELIVERY INSPECTION

We recommend inspecting your order as soon as possible upon delivery.

If there is visible damage to the product or packaging, please document it with clear photographs and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess the issue promptly.
