At Casa Vita, each piece is prepared and dispatched with care. Our collections include handcrafted stone and precision finished tapware, requiring thoughtful handling and controlled logistics from origin to destination.

Delivery timeframes and methods vary depending on product type, finish, and destination.

Lead Times

Most standard items are dispatched within 1 week from order confirmation. Certain stone pieces, bespoke finishes, or made to order items may require extended lead times.

Estimated dispatch timelines are provided at checkout or confirmed following your order.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship across UAE & Australia. Further international delivery may be available upon request for select collections.

Freight & Handling

Due to the nature of our products, larger stone items are shipped via specialised freight services.

  • Deliveries are made to ground floor access unless otherwise arranged
  • Items are carefully packaged to ensure protection in transit
  • Signature on delivery may be required

(Installation services are not included).

Delivery Inspection

We recommend inspecting all items upon delivery.

If there is any visible damage to packaging, please document this before accepting delivery and notify us within 48 hours.
